Position Overview:
We are seeking 2–3 motivated individuals for a temp-to-hire opportunity in a fast-paced printing environment. This role involves hands-on operation of HP flatbed printers and CNC routers. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, reliable, and eager to learn. Experience with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus, but not required—training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate HP flatbed printers and routing equipment
• Assist with print production, setup, and finishing
• Ensure quality control and accuracy of printed materials
• Maintain equipment and keep work area organized
• Follow production schedules and meet deadlines

Qualifications:

• Previous printing or manufacturing experience is a plus
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) is a bonus
• Willingness to learn and work hands-on with equipment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Dependable with a good work ethic

Schedule & Details:

• Shift options: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM or 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Occasional Saturdays required
• Busy season through July, with volume increasing again after August
• Temp-to-hire opportunity with potential for long-term placement

What You Do:

• Pack printed materials and products for shipment according to order specifications
• Inspect items for quality and accuracy prior to packaging
• Label and organize packages for delivery to various events and conventions
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Assist with general production and warehouse tasks as needed
• Meet daily productivity goals in a fast-paced environment

• Peak business periods run from April through July, with another increase in workload after August
