Warehouse Associate
Job Description
A dynamic and innovative Marketing & Events company is seeking a Part-Time Warehouse Assistant. Currently seeking a detail-oriented and reliable individual to support our team in organizing, preparing, and packaging materials for various Marketing Events. This person will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient handling of marketing event materials. This position involves working in a warehouse-like setting, where you will assist in organizing, preparing, and packaging items to be picked up by shipping carriers such as UPS and FedEx.
Schedule: TBD (Part-Time)
- Assist with organizing and maintaining inventory of marketing event materials.
- Prepare and package materials according to specific event requirements.
- Coordinate the timely pickup of packages by UPS, FedEx, and other carriers.
- Ensure accurate labeling and documentation for all outgoing shipments.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure materials are prepared correctly and on schedule.
- Use computer software to track inventory, print labels, and manage shipments.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Assist with occasional on-site event support, if needed.
- Flexible availability, great for college student, retiree, or just someone who is open to part-time hours.
- Basic knowledge of marketing and event planning is a plus.
- Proficient in computer use, including inventory management and shipping software.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to lift and move materials as required (up to 50 lbs).
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Prior to starting my journey as a Talent Associate, I worked closely with Lloyd on the temp side as a field associate for more than 10 years on various assignments. I have an extensive background in Customer Service, as well as the administrative field.
Both of which have allowed me to develop my build relationships along with communication skills to assist with Client Development.
