Job Description
We are looking for a Vice President who would be responsible for the management of a sizeable portion of the agency's business. This would include the creation of strategic public relations plans, the provision of strategic counsel to clients, and the management of accounts to ensure the profitability of the agency. Vice Presidents are also responsible for managing account teams to optimize the performance of each individual member of the team, while simultaneously promoting accountability, respect, and teamwork.
Job Responsibilities:
• Expand 2DC E-commerce strategy.
• Strategize site experience content and journey, including visual creative and promotional driving copy and placement, with cross-functional partners in Marketing, Buying, and Creative.
• Data-driven asset performance monitoring
• Reporting and KPIs analysis
• Develops and leads the family's online merchandising strategies, working with cross-functional teams to improve customer experience.
• Lead a team in merchandising navigation, on-site search, assortment layout, site content, and enhancements to ensure an omni-channel approach.
• Use advanced inventory planning to maximize opportunities for your family of businesses with Buying and Planning teams.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal business partners to execute product roadmap initiatives, manage all aspects of product development from concept and discovery to launch, and be comfortable taking on many tasks to deliver the product.
• Create, manage, and execute our roadmap, continuously assessing growth opportunities.
• Launch new product features: each feature; Design and launch it with your team, write user stories, and align with partners.
• Create, manage, and support content and CRO testing.
• Create testing ideas from customer engagement and competitor analysis.
• Test and analyze with Testing & Optimization teams.
