Job Description

Position/Title: Title Insurance & Closing Coordinator 
Location: Jericho, NY 
Schedule/Hours: M-F 9:00am-5:00pm (unless there is a scheduled closing) 
Compensation: $75K base plus potential closing/settlement fees 
 
Seeking a detail-oriented Title Insurance & Closing Coordinator to join our growing team. This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end closing process, ensuring all documents are accurate, compliant, and completed on time. The ideal candidate is highly organized, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is dedicated to delivering smooth, professional experience to clients, lenders, and real estate partners. 
 
What You’ll Do: 
 
  • Prepare and review closing documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with state and company requirements. 
  • Coordinate with lenders, attorneys, real estate agents, and buyers/sellers to facilitate the closing process. 
  • Conduct closings and ensure all required signatures, funds, and documents are properly collected and executed. 
  • Balance and disburse closing funds, including wire transfers and checks. 
  • Record closing documents and finalizing settlement statements. 
  • Maintain clear communication with clients and all involved parties to provide updates and resolve issues promptly. 
  • Ensure confidentiality and integrity throughout all closing transactions. 
  • Maintain accurate records and comply with all regulatory and company policies. 
 
What We’re Looking For: 

  • 1-3 years of experience in title closing, title processing, or a related role within the title or real estate industry. 
  • Knowledge of title documentation, closing procedures, and regulatory requirements. 
  • Proficiency in title software and Microsoft Office Suite. 
  • Exceptional attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills. 
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple files with accuracy and professionalism.
