Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced UKG Timekeeping Configurator to support the implementation, configuration, and optimization of UKG Pro Workforce Management (Dimensions). This individual will configure complex timekeeping rules, pay rules, accruals, schedules, and labor policies while partnering with business stakeholders to ensure the solution aligns with organizational and regulatory requirements.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience configuring UKG Timekeeping in healthcare or other large enterprise environments and has participated in multiple full lifecycle UKG implementations.

  • Timekeeping Profiles
• Configure employee populations, organizational sets, and labor hierarchies.
• Build and maintain accrual policies for PTO, vacation, sick time, and holidays.
• Configure employee time entry profiles and approval workflows.
• Configure exception handling and attendance policies.
• Support integrations with Payroll, HRIS, and Scheduling.
• Partner with HR, Payroll, Operations, and project leadership to gather requirements and translate business needs into UKG configuration.
• Participate in solution design workshops, configuration sessions, testing, and production deployment.
• Support Unit Testing, System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and production validation.
• Troubleshoot configuration issues and recommend best-practice solutions.
• Document configuration decisions, business processes, and change requests.
• Support production go-live activities and post-production stabilization.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience configuring UKG Workforce Management.
• 3+ years of hands-on UKG Pro WFM (Dimensions) Timekeeping configuration experience.
• Experience implementing UKG Pro WFM (Dimensions) or UKG Workforce Central.
• Strong experience configuring:
  • Pay Rules
  • Work Rules
  • Overtime Rules
  • Shift Differentials
  • Attendance Policies
  • Holiday Rules
  • Premium Pay
  • Meal and Break Rules
  • Labor Levels
  • Labor Transfers
  • Employee Time Entry Profiles
• Experience configuring complex accrual policies.
• Experience supporting full implementation lifecycle from design through go-live.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Healthcare implementation experience strongly preferred.
• Experience supporting organizations with 5,000+ employees.
• Experience with union and non-union workforce configurations.
• Experience configuring:
  • Complex overtime calculations
  • Shift premiums
  • Call pay
  • On-call rules
  • Weekend differentials
  • Floating holidays
• Experience with UKG Device Manager (UDM) and UKG InTouch/DX clocks.
• Experience supporting UKG integrations with Payroll and HR systems.
• UKG certification(s) preferred.
