Quality Manager
Job Description
Overview
This role leads global quality execution across international manufacturing partners, ensuring consistent standards, strong factory performance, and reduced quality risk. Working closely with senior quality leadership, the manager supports regional teams and drives continuous improvement across production.
Key Responsibilities
Implement and uphold company quality standards across international regions
Guide regional QC teams to ensure inspection accuracy and procedural consistency
Partner with overseas offices and factories to resolve quality issues and drive corrective actions
Review inspection data and defect trends to identify risks and improvement opportunities
Conduct factory visits to assess production and verify quality controls
Communicate key quality findings to cross-functional leadership
Support retailer compliance and chargeback prevention efforts
Help develop global QC processes, tools, and training materials
Recruit, train, and develop quality team members
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
5–7 years of QC/QA experience in apparel or consumer products
Strong knowledge of global manufacturing and inspection practices
Experience working with international factories and QC teams
