Job Description
Position Title: Production Associate
Location: on site, New York, NY
Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with international offices to track shipments and maintain accurate delivery updates
- Communicate delivery delays, shortages, and overages to relevant teams
- Review U.S. bookings and help prioritize container assignments
- Assist sourcing and sales teams in order tracking
- Partner with the import department on invoices and logistics documents
- Contribute to special projects supporting supply chain and production functions
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Fashion Management, or a related field
- Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, etc.)
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy and attention to detail
- Foreign language proficiency a plus
Salary: $50,000-60,000
