Overview:
A global leader in fashion and apparel is seeking a Senior Demand Planner to take ownership of forecasting, replenishment, and business planning across key categories. This role is the bridge between sales, operations, and retail partners—ensuring the right product is in the right place at the right time.
The Senior Demand Planner will develop rolling forecasts, monitor performance against projections, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize inventory, drive sales, and improve profitability. This is an opportunity to influence strategy while staying hands-on with the details that power a fast-paced fashion business.
Job Requirements
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 5+ years of demand planning or replenishment experience (wholesale/retail)
- Strong analytical and Excel skills
- Skilled at turning data into strategy and influencing cross-functional decisions
- Fashion or seasonal product planning is a huge plus
- Be able to influence others based on the analysis and forecasting
- Entrepreneurial mindset and resourceful
