Job Description
Location: Columbus, Ohio
Company: Global leader in the Pharmaceutical and Medical Device industries, with 40 subsidiaries and over 2,000 employees worldwide.
We are seeking an experienced SQA Lead Support to ensure the highest quality standards in our software and IT applications. This role involves reviewing and approving SDLC deliverables, including MVP, Risk Assessments, Requirements, and validation documents. The ideal candidate will collaborate with development teams to support the implementation of regulated IT applications and maintain compliance with industry standards.
- Lead the review and approval of SDLC deliverables.
- Write and execute key documentation, including MVP, Risk Assessments, IQ, OQ, PQ, and Trace Matrix.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards for IT applications.
- Collaborate with development teams to enhance quality and compliance.
- 7+ Years SQA experience with expertise in SDLC deliverables and regulatory compliance.
- Strong documentation and validation skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and ensure high-quality deliverables.
Job Requirements
- Strong Validation Resource with 7+ yrs Experience Responsibilities
- Able to work in office 3 days a week
- Previous experience with automated testing and implementation.
- Proficient in understanding of GxP regulations and validation principles
- Good experience in Review of CAPA's, Change Control and Defects as it applies to Software Validation
- Familiarity with a range of applications/tools including JIRA, Confluence, Client-ALM, Tosca, Confluence, Veera ,Qtest, M-Files, or other continuous integration tools
- Knows the difference between Waterfall and Agile software development methodologies

In 2011, I became an independent recruiter, partnering with a small Firm in the Maryland area where I concentrated on sourcing talent primarily for the Life Sciences industry but also expanded into non-technical areas.
Throughout my career, I have valued personal connections and helping individuals find positions that align with their expertise and lifestyle. My journey reflects adaptability, entrepreneurship, and a passion for facilitating meaningful career opportunities for others. I joined Lloyd Staffing in Aug 2024 to specialize again in Life Sciences.
In my free time, I spend most of my time with my son. We have become quite the fishermen over the past 5 years.
