Your Impact:
Supervise and support clinical nursing, medical assistants, nutrition, and PACU staff.
Coordinate daily workflows, scheduling, and patient assignments.
Guide onboarding and mentorship for new hires.
Assist in patient care: assessments, vitals, IV placement, and documentation.
Educate patients and caregivers with empathy and clarity.
Support research trials and maintain compliance standards.
Lead or participate in quality improvement initiatives.
Job Requirements
What You Bring:
Registered Nurse with NY licensure
BSN required | Managerial experience preferred (esp. Radiation Oncology)
BLS required | PALS, ACLS, and Oncology certs are a plus
Skilled in EMR systems (ARIA preferred) and Microsoft Office
Excellent communication, multitasking, and leadership abilities
