Job Description

Our client is an innovative office technology company that delivers an array of products and services to companies throughout the Tri-State area. Our goal is to assist our clients with optimizing technology, enhancing productivity, reducing business risk and maximizing return on investment. Our product/ service offer includes managed IT services, telecom (VOIP) services, interactive boards, managed print services, and an array of other office technology products. Additionally, as a Kyocera Elite Dealer, we provide state-of-the-art copier /print office equipment.
We are looking for a new addition to join our powerhouse sales team of highly motivated, energetic individuals who are passionate about selling. The Sales Account Executive position is an extraordinary opportunity to make an impact on an innovative industry.
Core Duties and Responsibilities:
•             Responsible for promoting a diverse portfolio of cutting-edge technology solutions including Office technology equipment solutions and service, interactive boards, managed IT service offerings, VOIP (telecom), managed print services and business supplies. This may be a territory-based sales position and requires local travel daily.
•             Support our business expansion and mission to promote all products and solutions to new and current clients through prospecting and cold calling, targeted accounts, lead resources, and current client referral sources.
•             Manage accounts and achieve expected business results on a weekly and monthly basis.
•             Develop and cultivate strong business relationships with primary decision makers.
•             Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
•             Negotiate contracts and manage account documentation.
•             Collaborate with specialists as a liaison to complete projects and continue building and leveraging relationships with existing accounts.




Job Requirements

Qualifications:
A proven track record of success working in sales and business development, customer service, account management or a related field that requires prospecting for new business and handling a high level of rejection.
We would also consider candidates with a combination of education and/or experience through athletics, internships or work experience that has focused on developing skills in business, competitiveness, and resilience.
Ideally looking for candidates who have a strong desire to work in a customer-focused environment with excellent time management and problem-solving skills.
•             Self-motivated and driven to succeed.
Offered Benefits:
•             We aggressively compensate overachievers and offer a base, multiple bonuses, and uncapped commissions. Total base compensation can range from $55,000- 65,000 depending on experience, with an opportunity to consistently increase. Will consider a Player/ Coach at higher Salary for the right candidate. We offer additional compensation in the form of excellent benefits, including, but not limited to medical, dental, vision, 401k with company match, and events as well as opportunities for professional growth and advancement.
