Responsibilities:
- Supervise multiple jobs sites
- Main point of contact with homeowners during construction
- Focus on customer service and keeping the customer satisfied
- Change orders and “up selling”
- Maintain excellent organization & communication
- Experience as a foreman, supervisor, or project manager for Swimming Pool Construction.
- Experience with residential and commercial construction projects
- Possess excellent communication skills & organization skills
- Must be customer service oriented
- Positive “can do” attitude is critical
- Valid driver’s license meeting company insurance guidelines
- A background check will be conducted for this position
- Minimum 5 years’ experience managing construction job sites or pool industry exp.
