- Own product vision, roadmap, and execution
- Work directly with end users to understand workflows and translate needs
- Define product requirements and guide development cycles
- Build AI-enabled features that improve efficiency and automation
- Collaborate globally across engineering and design teams
- Measure product performance and iterate based on feedback

Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in a technical discipline
- 8+ years in product management roles shipping software products at scale
- Strong track record of building intuitive solutions to complex problems
- Hands-on familiarity with AI tools and workflows
- Exposure to financial systems or data-heavy environments preferred
- Ability to work cross-functionally with engineering and design teams
- Prior engineering experience is a strong plus

When I’m not reading resumes I enjoy my family as a husband and father of two great kids. I’m also an avid golfer – always striving for my Hole in One – golf is really just like recruiting – working to get that round ball into a round cup!
