Lloyd Staffing is partnering with a well-established boutique law firm that focuses on insurance defense litigation to identify an experienced Paralegal to join their collaborative legal team. Known for its exceptional client service and strategic case handling, this firm is seeking a legal professional who thrives in a deadline-driven, team-oriented environment.

This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented, proactive paralegal with a background in general liability, premises liability, and personal injury defense.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and file legal documents including discovery responses, motions, pleadings, subpoenas, and correspondence

• Support attorneys in preparing for depositions, hearings, arbitrations, and trials

• Organize and manage case files in accordance with court procedures and firm protocols

• Conduct legal research and summarize findings for attorney review

• Liaise with clients, experts, court personnel, witnesses, and opposing counsel

• Maintain litigation calendars, deadlines, and case timelines

• Coordinate discovery and document production

• Assist in trial preparation, including preparation of trial binders and exhibits

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of litigation paralegal experience; insurance defense background strongly preferred

• Solid understanding of court rules, legal terminology, and litigation processes

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and legal practice management software (e.g., Clio, PracticePanther, or similar)

• Strong writing, organizational, and communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work both independently and within a team
