Package Designer
Schedule: Full-Time, Onsite
Salary: $75,000–$80,000
Experience Required: 3–5 Years
About the Role
Responsibilities
- Design and develop packaging across multiple product lines and SKUs
- Create original layouts, graphics, and packaging concepts aligned with brand standards and market trends
- Manage several packaging projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and consistency
- Interpret creative direction and implement feedback efficiently and accurately
- Prepare print-ready production files for packaging vendors
- Maintain organized project files, version control, and documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams while working independently with minimal supervision
- Ensure all projects are completed within established timelines
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of professional package design experience within CPG, beauty, personal care, or related industries
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
- Strong understanding of typography, color, composition, and layout
- Ability to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Adaptable, collaborative, and receptive to feedback
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage workload independently
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with high-volume SKU environments
- Knowledge of print production processes, materials, and packaging finishes
- Strong aesthetic judgment and attention to detail
