Sharpening Coordinator
Job Description
- Manage all incoming sharpening requests from clients and professionals.
- Coordinate and track orders, shipping, and turnaround times.
- Communicate clearly with customers regarding timelines, order status, and service updates.
- Maintain organized records of sharpening services and history.
- Assist in the execution of B2B marketing campaigns to promote sharpening services and product offerings.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to build outreach lists and coordinate email or social campaigns.
- Help manage and update Shopify product listings, particularly those related to sharpening services.
- Monitor site analytics and suggest improvements to enhance user experience and conversion.
- Willingly participate in hands-on sharpening training for our tools.
- Assist the production or quality team during peak periods or special campaigns.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety protocols in sharpening areas.
Job Requirements
- 1-3 years of administrative or customer service experience, preferably in a D2C or B2B setting.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, specifically Shopify.
- Some experience or strong interest in B2B marketing.
- Comfortable working in a hybrid role that includes hands-on responsibilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail, multitasking abilities, and time management.
- A collaborative mindset and willingness to grow into new skill areas.
- Previous experience in beauty, grooming, or tool manufacturing industries.
- Background in operations, fulfillment, or basic technical work.
- Working knowledge of email marketing platforms like Klaviyo or Mailchimp.

Hello - name is Angelina Torres. I recently started as a Talent Associate in the practice area of Business Support/People Operations, but I’m not a newcomer to Lloyd Staffing. Prior to starting my journey as a Talent Associate, I worked closely with Lloyd on the temp side as a field associate for more than 10 years on various assignments. Having the experience temping and understanding the process, I feel that has allowed me to gain a better insight and heightened my ability to assist my candidates throughout their job search! I have an extensive background in Customer Service, as well as the administrative field.
Both of which have allowed me to develop my build relationships along with communication skills to assist with Client Development. I have always believed that communication is the key to every great relationship, whether it be business or personal. I will continue to stand by that belief and apply it to my staffing process here at Lloyd with both clients and candidates!
