Job Description
Our client — a growing organization with a strong operational backbone — is seeking a meticulous Inventory & Order Processing Specialist to support ERP and drop-ship inventory workflows. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on accuracy, process compliance, and structured systems work.
- Process virtual inventory for drop-ship orders within the company ERP system
- Verify order accuracy (part numbers, pricing, PO generation, and invoice match)
- Maintain shipper and PO records within internal systems (Net UI)
- Process receipts line-by-line and confirm RC number generation
- Document and track transactions within Smartsheet
- Ensure data accuracy across all systems and follow established procedures
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic math and logical reasoning skills
- Comfort navigating ERP and order management systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel preferred)
- Ability to follow standard operating procedures
- A positive attitude
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Prior experience in order processing, inventory, or administrative support preferred
- Experience working within ERP systems strongly desired
