Job Description

Backend-heavy Golang DIRECT HIRE role tied to the buildout of a next-generation stablecoin platform. This is not a research or theory role — it’s about shipping production-grade systems that sit directly behind on-chain logic.

This team is preparing for a Q2/Q3 2026 stablecoin launch and is hiring an engineer who can own the backend implementation that supports smart contracts — issuance, settlement, clearing, risk controls, and high-volume transaction flows.

What you’d actually be doing:
  • Developing financial-grade Golang services for payments, clearing, and risk.
  • Integrating backend services with Solidity-based contracts (ERC20, mint/burn, escrow).
  • Handling on/off-chain synchronization, event listeners, RPC calls, and confirmations.
  • Building systems with MySQL, Redis, Kafka, Docker, and microservices.
  • Diagnosing real-world issues: throughput constraints, node lag, and confirmation delays.
  • Working from PRDs and helping turn protocol design into stable backend execution.

This role is intentionally backend-leaning. Solidity matters — but primarily to understand contract logic and support it cleanly from the backend. Deep Golang experience is the must-have. Hands-on crypto / DeFi / stablecoin experience is required.

On off hours, you can find me at the gym...or driving my kids everywhere as a glorified “Uber driver” for them (although my kids still refuse to pay me for this for some reason). LOL.
