What you will do:
In this role, you will be responsible for the following duties:
• Manage comprehensive prosthetic and orthotic patientcare.
• Conduct evaluations and assessments, design orthoses, aid in fabrication, fit and subsequently adjust orthoses.
• Formulate treatment plans, including verification of the prescription, document functional goals, and collaborate with appropriate healthcare professionals.
• Provide education and instruction on how to use orthoses.
• Follow guidelines and procedures.
• Participate in continuing education, training of residents and students, promote clinical research, and elevate the profession.
• Create and maintain a strong working relationship with all referral sources and members of the care community.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's or Master's (preferred) degree in Prosthetics and Orthotics from an accredited program.
• Certification as a Prosthetist Orthotist (CPO) from a recognized certifying body.
• Strong clinical and technical skills in orthotics and prosthetics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
