Job Description

Are you ready to make an impact in healthcare? We’re searching for a skilled Medical Laboratory Technician to join our team and play a vital role in conducting laboratory tests that drive forward the critical work of healthcare professionals. This is a hands-on position where you’ll be working with advanced laboratory equipment to analyze samples, interpret data, and ensure that results are accurate and meaningful. If you’re passionate about laboratory science and safety, and enjoy working in a dynamic and purposeful environment, this could be the perfect opportunity.

What You’ll Do:
  • Collect, label, and analyze diverse samples, including blood, tissue, and toxicology specimens.
  • Perform lab tests and experiments, contributing valuable data for research and medical diagnoses.
  • Safely store and handle all chemicals, fluids, and gases to maintain a compliant and organized lab environment.
  • Record and document findings accurately, both on paper and digitally, with attention to detail.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot lab equipment, and help manage inventory of supplies.
  • Follow safety protocols to uphold a clean, secure, and efficient workspace.

Job Requirements

What We’re Looking For:
  • A licensed Medical Laboratory Technician or Technologist.
  • Hands-on experience with laboratory equipment and hazardous substances.
  • Knowledge of QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety, Environment) standards and lab best practices.
  • Strong physical stamina and a meticulous approach to data handling and analysis.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, and lab database systems.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Chemistry, Hematology, or a related field.
