Job Requirements
- Efficiently manage and collect patient information on medical insurance claims.
- Utilize our software to track, document, and process claims activities.
- Communicate with patients and insurance companies via phone and email to resolve billing issues.
- Maintain accurate records of all collection and appeal activities.
- Previous experience in a large medical practice or medical office settings, particularly in a billing or accounts receivable Call Center
- Responsible and mature mindset.
- Strong reading and communication skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines.
- Empathetic and personable demeanor.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
