Job Description
- Database creation and Campaign file management
- Database maintenance work with IT, BA for data plan
- Attend and support SPOC Committee with salesforce IT
- CRM Management and marketing automation implementation (Acoustic, Salesforce and Google tag management
- Lead for Digital Marketing in utilization and adoption of Salesforce and work with salesforce IT
- Develop campaigns, reporting, support and maintenance
- Participate in RFP and vendor selection
- Leading vendor evaluation for data enhancement and business intelligence. Support future contract negotiations
- Use DFIN to automate the fulfillment process
- Bachelor's degree
- Data analytics, audience segmentation and database management experience
- Knowledge and experience with marketing platforms, programs and database systems (Salesforce CRM, Acoustic, ZoomInfo, SQL, MS Excel, and MS Access)
- Data tracking and extraction tools (Google Analytics, Business Intelligence).
- Experienced working with 3rd party Data suppliers (D&B, Axiom, Experian, ZoomInfo)

Jason Banks, CSP, entered the staffing and recruitment industry in 1998, after a successful five-year career in advertising sales at CNN, a division of Turner Broadcasting. This experience put him at the forefront of the eMedia movement and at LLoyd, he spearheaded the placement of nationwide web talent through a division originally known as Spider Staffing, which eventually morphed into LLoydCreative & Digital Talent. Today Jason oversees all of LLoyd’s Direct Hire and Contract/Temporary Staffing divisions and specialized disciplines. He is the guiding hand for LLoyd’s recruitment stack which he has built on a tech-human and social community platform. He has incorporated AI sourcing tools to harvest active and passive talent through both the open web and LLoyd’s own candidate tracking and engagement system. Jason was named a rising star in the 40 Under Forty by the Long Island Business News. He is a member of the American Staffing Association’s Search and Placement group and is an active board member of the Long Island Software & Technology Network (LIST.net), where he works to promote collaborations between technology companies and their user audiences in the NY Metro Region. Jason is a supporter of the Woodward Children’s Center, a non-public NYS Education department approved school, providing programs to emotionally disabled students ages 5 to 21, and he is active in the NY/LI Chapter of JDRF.
