Job Description
We are working with a well-established law firm that consistently grows each year, based in Nassau County, Long Island. We have been engaged to identify a Personal Injury Trial Attorney to join their legal team.
Our client offers a supportive, collaborative working atmosphere. The incumbent hired for this role will be a personable team-player with prior personal injury experience and will possess knowledge of Plaintiffs Personal Injury and the ability to practice it from day one.
The ideal candidate will handle a case load, attend court, negotiate settlements, oversee trial preparation, conduct trials, and attend mediations and arbitrations.
Job Requirements
· Admitted to practice law in the state of New York
· Minimum 2-5 years of plaintiff personal injury litigation experience
· Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
· Superior negotiation skills and ability to work under pressure
· Strong legal writing and research skills and comprehensive knowledge of all facets of litigation
