Sales Manager

Job Description
- Own and manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, discovery, presentation, negotiation, and close
- Achieve or exceed assigned annual sales quota
- Develop and manage a qualified pipeline of opportunities
- Conduct discovery meetings, product demonstrations, and solution presentations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and customers
- Coordinate with Associate Sales Representatives to support pipeline development and deal execution
- Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline updates, and activity tracking in CRM systems
- Collaborate with internal teams to support customer onboarding and success
- Represent the company professionally in all customer interactions
- Host and attend customer-facing meetings, including breakfasts, lunches, and dinners, to support relationship development and deal progression
- This position is salaried and exempt and is not an hourly role
- Sales Representatives must be flexible in working hours based on customer and business needs
- Expected to conduct or attend customer meetings outside of standard business hours, including:
- Early morning meetings
- Evening meetings
- Customer dinners, as business needs require
- Consistently meet or exceed assigned quota thresholds
- Maintain accurate and timely pipeline and forecast reporting
- Demonstrate strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- Operate with professionalism, accountability, and integrity
- Contribute to a collaborative, team-oriented sales culture
Job Requirements
- Proven ability to manage a full-cycle sales process
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- High level of organization and time management
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
- Comfortable using CRM and sales productivity tools
- Willingness and ability to engage in customer-facing activities outside of standard business hours
- Prior sales experience required in the DME ( Orthopedic Space)

I joined Lloyd Staffing in Aug 2024 to specialize again in Life Sciences.
In my free time, I spend most of my time with my son. We have become quite the fishermen over the past 5 years.
