Title: Bilingual Office Manager / Executive Assistant
Location: New York City, NY (On-Site with Growth Potential)

Position SNAPSHOT

We are seeking a Bilingual Office Manager / Executive Assistant to support our expansion into the NYC market. This role will serve as the primary on-site administrative and operational point of contact, partnering closely with our established New Mexico office of 125+ employees. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and thrives in a fast-growing environment where building structure and processes is key.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Manage daily office operations for the NYC location, ensuring a professional and efficient workplace

  • Coordinate and manage calendars, meetings, and appointments for leadership and visiting stakeholders

  • Serve as the main liaison between the NYC office and the New Mexico headquarters, ensuring seamless communication and coordination

  • Handle general administrative duties including correspondence, document preparation, filing, and office supply management

  • Support executives with scheduling, travel coordination, and meeting preparation as needed

  • Assist with onboarding logistics and administrative support as the NYC team grows

  • Anticipate office and leadership needs, proactively identifying opportunities to improve processes and efficiency

what we'RE LOOKING for

  • Fluency in English and Spanish (written and verbal)

  • Proven experience in office management, executive support, or administrative operations

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Exceptional organizational, time management, and communication skills

  • Self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently in a new office environment

  • Professional presence with strong judgment and discretion
