We are seeking an experienced No-Fault Insurance Adjuster to join a fast-paced legal team. This role is perfect for professionals skilled in reviewing and managing high-volume claims, communicating with clients and providers, and supporting attorneys with arbitration or litigation preparation.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Review and evaluate No-Fault insurance claims

• Analyze medical reports, billing records, and loss wage/property damage claims

• Communicate effectively with clients, medical providers, and insurance carrier

• Prepare written summaries and reports for attorneys

• Track deadlines and maintain organized case files

• Assist attorneys in building cases for arbitration or litigation
  
  

 What You Bring to the Table

• 5+ years’ experience as a No-Fault Adjuster or a 4-year college degree

• Strong knowledge of No-Fault laws and regulations

• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and case management software

• Familiarity with LexPI and Smart Advocate

• Spanish-speaking candidates strongly preferred

•  Knowledge of workers’ compensation a plus

•  Previous experience in personal injury law
