Are you detail-oriented, dependable, and ready to work with your hands? We are looking for motivated Refurbishment Associates to join our growing team. In this hands-on role, you’ll play an important part in giving used products a second life — testing, cleaning, and preparing equipment to meet quality standards.

What You'll Do:

• Use barcode scanners, testing machines, and basic tools to inspect and refurbish products.

• Unpack, clean, and prepare cable and data equipment for testing.

• Test equipment according to provided procedures and guidelines.

• Replace defective parts and ensure products meet quality standards.

• Pack and prepare refurbished equipment for shipment.

• Communicate regularly with your lead and supervisor for support and guidance.

What We’re Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Solid, reliable work history.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.

• Comfortable using computers and handheld scanners.

• Good communication skills and a team-first attitude.

Physical Requirements:

• Able to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout your shift.

• Frequently lift and move boxes (typically up to 5 lbs, occasionally up to 20 lbs).

• Use basic cleaning products (window cleaners, polishes, etc.).

• Use hands regularly for cleaning, inspecting, and packaging.

• Operate push carts or pallet jacks (training provided).
