Customer Service Representative
Job Description
Location: Woodbury, NY
Position is Temp to Perm*
Coordinate and schedule IME appointments, ensuring accuracy and adherence to client requirements.
Manage high daily case volume (100–120 cases), maintaining speed without compromising quality.
Communicate professionally with claimants, physicians, legal professionals, and clients to confirm appointments and resolve scheduling conflicts.
Utilize scheduling software and internal systems to maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
Respond to inbound communications (phone, email, chat) promptly and effectively.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless operations and adherence to timelines.
Follow up on outstanding scheduling tasks or documentation as needed.
Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance in all communications and record keeping.
1–3 years of experience in scheduling, coordination, or administrative support.
Proven ability to manage a high volume of tasks efficiently and accurately
Strong communication skills across phone, email, and chat platforms.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling software (experience with systems like CaseWorks, MedEx, or similar a plus).
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Customer-focused mindset with a professional and courteous demeanor.
