Job Description
Job Title: Recruitment Coordinator
Location: Corporate Building –Coral Gables, FL
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM (flexibility required)
Compensation: $26-28/per hour
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Recruitment Coordinator with a mimum of 4 years experience in a similiar role to be able to help support executive and physician recruitment efforts. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a combination of administrative responsibilities and recruitment support, and who has a foundational understanding of sourcing, relationship-building, and recruitment processes.
Coordinate and schedule interviews, meetings, and recruitment-related activities
Provide administrative and operational support to executives and the physician recruitment team
Manage calendars, phones, and correspondence professionally and efficiently
Assist with sourcing research and candidate pipeline tracking
Prepare and compile presentations, portfolios, recruitment packets, and other documents
Develop and format PowerPoint presentations for executive and board-level meetings
Coordinate candidate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries
Facilitate communication between internal departments and external stakeholders
Maintain organized records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information
Support special projects related to recruitment initiatives
Minimum 4 years in a Recruitment Coordinator or similiar role
Exposure to recruitment, sourcing, or talent coordination preferred (not seeking a seasoned recruiter or HR professional)
Healthcare industry experience strongly preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to interact professionally with executives, board members, physicians, and vendors
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Self-sufficient, proactive, and eager to learn; able to take initiative and problem-solve independently
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite & Zoom
Strong ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
