Title: Business Operations Specialist

Seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Business Operations Specialist to support teams and executives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

What You''ll Do:

• Provide administrative support to teams and executive leadership, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations

• Manage and maintain application systems, databases, and electronic records with accuracy and confidentiality

• Prepare correspondence, reports, and documentation with strong attention to detail

• Coordinate schedules, meetings, and priorities while balancing competing demands

• Serve as a professional point of contact for guests, external customers, and internal employees

• Assess situations, evaluate multiple options, and recommend effective solutions aligned with business goals

• Adapt quickly to changing priorities and support organizational initiatives as needed
