The Opportunity:
Looking for a sharp, motivated Operations Associate who wants more than just a job; Someone who wants exposure, responsibility and a real growth path. You will work directly with the President and gain hands-on experience in how a growing technology business operates.
*** This is a launchpad role designed to evolve into a Chief of Staff or Project Manager position. If you are a quick learner who takes initiative and thrives in a fast-moving environment, this role is for you.
On Any Given Day You’ll
• Support daily operational workflows and internal processes
• Assist with project coordination across sales, field technicians, and vendors
• Track deliverables, timelines, and internal follow-ups
• Help improve and document processes
• Prepare reports and materials for leadership
• Identify inefficiencies and proactively suggest solutions
• Act as a central point of coordination across teams

• Self-starter who takes initiative without waiting to be told
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Strong communicator (written and verbal)
• Comfortable working onsite and collaborating in person
