Job Title: Printing Press Operator (Temp-to-Hire)
Position Overview:
We are seeking 2–3 motivated individuals for a temp-to-hire opportunity in a fast-paced printing environment. This role involves hands-on operation of HP flatbed printers and CNC routers. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, reliable, and eager to learn. Experience with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus, but not required—training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate HP flatbed printers and routing equipment
- Assist with print production, setup, and finishing
- Ensure quality control and accuracy of printed materials
- Maintain equipment and keep work area organized
- Follow production schedules and meet deadlines
Qualifications:
- Previous printing or manufacturing experience is a plus
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) is a bonus
- Willingness to learn and work hands-on with equipment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Dependable with a good work ethic
Schedule & Details:
- Shift options: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM or 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Occasional Saturdays required
- Busy season through July, with volume increasing again after August
- Temp-to-hire opportunity with potential for long-term placement
