Front Desk Administrator
Job Description
Location: Bethpage, NY (On-Site)
Schedule: Monday-Friday 9 AM - 5 PM
Assignment Type: Temp to Hire
Position Overview
What You’ll Do
Greet and assist visitors, customers, and vendors in a professional and friendly manner.
Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls, emails, and inquiries in both English and Spanish.
Support communication and coordination with vendors and service providers.
Manage front desk operations, including visitor logs, mail distribution, and office supplies.
Perform general administrative and clerical duties such as data entry, filing, copying, and scanning.
Assist with scheduling, calendar management, and coordinating meetings.
Provide support to internal departments with administrative tasks as needed.
Ensure the reception and office area is organized, clean, and welcoming at all times.

Job Requirements
Bilingual (English/Spanish) with strong verbal and written communication skills.
Prior experience in an administrative, clerical, or front desk role, preferably within food, supply chain, or related industries.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general office technology.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
