Job Description
Executive Administrative Assistant to CEO – Melville/Plainview, NY
Location: Long Island – Melville/Plainview
Schedule: Monday to Friday, In-Office
This is a pivotal role for a confident professional who thrives in high-energy environments and has a knack for managing personalities from engineers to office staff.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements
Act as a liaison across departments and teams, ensuring seamless communication
Assist with payroll coordination, timesheet reviews, and basic HR administration
Handle confidential data entry, spreadsheet management, and Excel reporting
Help anticipate needs, prioritize tasks, and drive execution
Manage daily office operations and support occasional event planning
Proactively resolve scheduling conflicts and personnel concerns with diplomacy and discretion
Qualifications:
Proven experience supporting C-Suite Level Executives in a fast-paced setting
Strong command of Microsoft Excel and general data entry systems
Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of interacting with technical and non-technical staff
Skilled in conflict resolution and able to manage multiple personalities with professionalism
Self-starter with a take-charge attitude and the ability to "read the room"
Must be organized, detail-oriented, and possess a strong sense of urgency
Work Environment:
This role is fully on-site, five days a week in our Melville/Plainview offices.
You’ll be at the center of a collaborative and growing team, directly influencing how we work and win together.
Job Requirements
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Suite.
- Familiarity with vendor management in the form of a PEO.
- Interpersonal Savvy as this person with be a liaison to organizations employees.
- Attention to detail in the form of data management (coordination, collection, organization and processing)
- Effective communications with a customer service mindset.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively, while ensuring a high degree of accuracy and organization and attention to detail.

Hello - name is Angelina Torres. I recently started as a Talent Associate in the practice area of Business Support/People Operations, but I’m not a newcomer to Lloyd Staffing. Prior to starting my journey as a Talent Associate, I worked closely with Lloyd on the temp side as a field associate for more than 10 years on various assignments. Having the experience temping and understanding the process, I feel that has allowed me to gain a better insight and heightened my ability to assist my candidates throughout their job search! I have an extensive background in Customer Service, as well as the administrative field.
Both of which have allowed me to develop my build relationships along with communication skills to assist with Client Development. I have always believed that communication is the key to every great relationship, whether it be business or personal. I will continue to stand by that belief and apply it to my staffing process here at Lloyd with both clients and candidates!
