Title: Bilingual Office Manager / Executive Assistant
Location: New York City, NY (On-Site with Growth Potential)

We are seeking a Bilingual Office Manager / Executive Assistant to support our expansion into the NYC market. This role will serve as the primary on-site administrative and operational point of contact, partnering closely with our established New Mexico office of 125+ employees. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and thrives in a fast-growing environment where building structure and processes is key.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Manage daily office operations for the NYC location, ensuring a professional and efficient workplace
Coordinate and manage calendars, meetings, and appointments for leadership and visiting stakeholders
Serve as the main liaison between the NYC office and the New Mexico headquarters, ensuring seamless communication and coordination
Handle general administrative duties including correspondence, document preparation, filing, and office supply management
Support executives with scheduling, travel coordination, and meeting preparation as needed
Assist with onboarding logistics and administrative support as the NYC team grows
Anticipate office and leadership needs, proactively identifying opportunities to improve processes and efficiency
what we'RE LOOKING for
Fluency in English and Spanish (written and verbal)
Proven experience in office management, executive support, or administrative operations
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Exceptional organizational, time management, and communication skills
Self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently in a new office environment
Professional presence with strong judgment and discretion

No direct reports initially; role may evolve as the NYC office expands
