Full Stack Developer who designs, develops, and maintains both the client-facing (front-end) and server-side (back-end) of software applications. They oversee the entire software development lifecycle—from conception and architectural design to deployment, testing, and debugging. Must take full ownership: design, build, deploy, and maintain without relying on others. Mid to senior level, startup mindset over enterprise framework experience.
Job Requirements
Core Responsibilities
- Front-End Development: Create responsive, visually appealing, and user-friendly web interfaces using HTML, CSS, and modern JavaScript frameworks (React).
- Back-End Development: Build robust server-side logic and scalable architectures using languages like Python (FastAPI) or Node.js.
- Database & API Management: Design, create, and manage databases (SQL and NoSQL), and develop secure RESTful APIs to connect client and server elements.
- System Maintenance & DevOps: Update software, manage server infrastructure, and handle debugging and bug-fixing post-deployment.
- Deployment: Azure, CI/CD pipeline setup, standalone app deployment from scratch
- System design: API design from scratch, database schema design, third-party integrations
- Current integrations: CloudGate (visitor management), Outlook Calendar, Epic (healthcare data)
- No prior CloudGate/Epic experience required, but must understand data flow and API docs
- Pub/sub architecture: Kafka, RabbitMQ, or SQS; understanding the pattern is enough, not all tools
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work alongside UX/UI designers, product managers, and QA teams to translate business requirements into functional applications.
- Soft Skills: Strong analytical problem-solving, effective communication, and the ability to manage multiple project milestones.

- AI/vibe coding tools: Cursor, Claude Code
- Testing: Playwright (integration), unit testing; not emphasized, not automated in every deployment
- LLM/cloud-native and hybrid infrastructure awareness
- System architecture participation in design decisions
- Education: A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent professional experience.
