Comp: $135,000–$142,000 + Performance Bonus
Client is seeking a hands-on Director of HR to lead by example.
Growing medical group with about 150 employees.
What You’ll Own:
Full HR lifecycle: compliance, employee relations, benefits and leave administration
Counseling, discipline, and terminations (in doctors’ offices)
Ensuring HR processes are executed correctly and efficiently
Who We’re Looking For:
Healthcare experience: Someone who understands the culture of a medical practice
Fearless with a “doer” mindset
Comfortable making decisions and getting things done, not just delegating
