Digital Marketing Strategist
Job Description
Our client is seeking a highly organized and creative Digital Marketing Specialist to support digital campaigns, webinars, social media, email marketing, website updates, and print marketing initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on marketing professional who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys balancing creative execution with technical marketing operations.
• Manage the full lifecycle of educational webinars including Zoom setup, email campaign creation in Marketo and Knak, attendee communications, and post-event follow-up
• Upload webinar recordings to YouTube and execute post-event email workflows
• Create and maintain an integrated social media calendar across organic social channels
• Write engaging copy and develop graphics for social media, email, and marketing campaigns
• Monitor social media engagement and track campaign performance metrics and KPIs
• Coordinate print and digital marketing materials including sales flyers, catalogs, direct mailers, and promotional assets
• Support website updates, landing page maintenance, and digital asset management through CMS platforms
• Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, merchandising, education, and digital teams on marketing initiatives and special projects
- 4+ years of digital marketing, marketing coordination, or related experience
- Experience with Marketo, Zoom, Knak, CMS platforms, and social media management tools
- Strong copywriting and content creation skills across digital and print channels
- Experience managing webinar campaigns and marketing automation workflow
- Proficiency in Canva or similar design tools with an eye for brand consistency
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
- Marketo certification is a plus
