Job Description
We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Desk Clerk. As a Desk Clerk, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the security and smooth operation of our premises. The primary responsibilities include monitoring the building entrance, conducting rounds for security checks, and maintaining accurate records of activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Building Security:
- Monitor the building entrance to ensure authorized access.
- Conduct regular rounds to ensure the overall security of the premises.
Data Entry and Record Keeping:
- Enter relevant data into the log book to maintain accurate records of activities.
- Perform light clerical work and filing to organize essential documents.
Communication:
- Answer phones and address inquiries from residents and visitors.
- Communicate with residents regarding passes for visitors, sign-up sheets for activities, and group-related information.
Incident Reporting:
- Note and document incidents in the log book for future reference.
- Provide daily/nightly reports via email to the staff, highlighting key activities and incidents.
Job Requirements
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 3:00 pm - 11:30 pm
