Job Description

Join our client’s team at a leading candy, snack, and gourmet food manufacturer and supplier to the Promotional Products Industry. We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Specialist to provide exceptional service full-time, on-site at their office. The schedule varies from January to September, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, and shifts to Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM from October to December. Extensive training, spanning 4-6 weeks, will be provided to ensure you excel in this dynamic role.

Responsibilities:
  • Handling incoming orders with efficiency and accuracy
  • Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication via email and phones
  • Managing communication with third parties
  • Processing approximately 50-60 orders daily, increasing to 150-200 during peak seasonal periods
