Job Description

Our Client:
A leading telecommunications company committed to bridging the digital divide is seeking an enthusiastic Call Center Representative to join their team. As a Call Center Representative, you will be a vital link between the company and its customers. This role reports directly to a Supervisor.

Responsibilities:
• Manage a high volume of inbound calls promptly and efficiently.
• Follow predefined communication scripts when addressing various topics.
• Identify customer needs, clarify information, research issues, and provide solutions or alternatives.
• Cultivate sustainable customer relationships by going the extra mile to ensure satisfaction.
•  Maintain comprehensive records and notes of all customer interactions in the company database.
•  Strive to meet personal and team performance goals.

Job Requirements

• Strong sales acumen and problem-solving abilities.
•  Exhibits excellent communication skills and actively listens to understand customer needs.
•  Prior experience in customer service, preferably in a call center or related field, is a plus
•  Demonstrates the ability to excel in a fast-paced work environment and adapt to shifting priorities.
•  Exhibits strong computer skills and proficiency in utilizing customer service software and databases.
