Job Description

Location: Bethpage, NY
Schedule: Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:00pm

About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Service Specialist to join our growing team. 
In this role, you will be responsible for managing incoming orders, ensuring customer satisfaction, and serving as a key point of contact via phone and email. 
The ideal candidate is organized, customer-focused, and able to handle a high volume of incoming orders—particularly during peak seasonal periods.

Responsibilities:
  • Order Management
  • Accurately process 50–60 incoming orders on a typical day, scaling up to 150–200 orders during peak seasonal periods.
  • Resolve customer issues and inquiries promptly and professionally to ensure a positive experience.
  • Handle customer inquiries through email and phone with clarity and efficiency.
  • Liaise with third-party vendors and internal teams—not directly with customers—for order tracking, status updates, and resolution of service issues.
  • Work closely with logistics, sales, and operations teams to ensure timely fulfillment and high-quality service delivery.

Qualifications:
  • 2–3 years of experience in a customer service or order processing role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, especially during seasonal spikes.
  • Proficiency with order management systems and basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, etc.).
  • Experience working with third-party vendors or logistics partners
  • Background in e-commerce, distribution, or consumer goods a plus.
