Job Title: Account Manager (Hybrid Role)
Our Client is a dynamic and innovative commercial moving company dedicated to delivering exceptional workplace services to our clients. We believe in building strong, long-lasting relationships with our clients and are looking for a motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our team. 

Job Overview: As an Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and managing our largest client. You will be the primary point of contact for this client, responsible for understanding their needs, ensuring their satisfaction, and driving revenue growth while managing expenses associated with the accounts. This role requires a combination of excellent communication skills, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of our products/services. Additionally, your responsibilities will include managing the account support team and their day-to-day operations to ensure the success of the account and our client’s goals.

Key Responsibilities: Client Relationship Management:
 Build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with assigned clients
 Understand client goals and objectives, ensuring our products/services align with their needs 
Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries, issues, and requests Service Team Support: ? Serve as the main point of team executing all account operations
 Maintain and consult on all client provided processes to ensure that the production teams are following all SLAs and KPIs Account Growth:
Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products/services
 Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts Account Planning:
Develop account plans and strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets
 Regularly review account performance and adjust strategies as needed Product/Service Knowledge:
 Stay up-to-date with the company's products/services and industry trends
 Educate clients on new offerings and features to maximize their value Issue Resolution:
 Address and resolve client issues and concerns promptly and effectively
 Work with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and issue resolution Reporting and Analysis:
 Prepare regular reports on account performance, revenue forecasts, and other relevant metrics ? Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement

Job Requirements


Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
 2-4 years proven experience as an Account Manager or in a similar client-facing role
 Experience managing a team 
 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
 Strong negotiation and problem solving abilities
 Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets
 Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools 
 Knowledge of [industry] and our competitors is a plus
