Customer Account Representative
Job Description
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by promptly responding to customer inquiries via phone and email.
- Address and resolve customer complaints, ensuring a positive experience and maintaining customer loyalty.
- Develop a deep understanding of our products to effectively answer customer questions and provide accurate information.
- Conduct daily discussions with customers to verify order and account information, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Process customer orders with attention to detail, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment.
- Assist in inventory management by tracking inventory levels and coordinating with customers to retrieve inventory from the field.
- Collaborate with the Director of Customer Service to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions.
- Lead and mentor a small team of customer service representatives, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Job Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in customer service, preferably within the medical device industry.
- Demonstrated responsibility and accountability, with a strong understanding of the strict regulations surrounding product storage and shipping in a medical device environment.
- Proactive problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
- A collaborative team player with a willingness to assist coworkers and contribute to team success.
- A positive and driven approach to work, with a focus on delivering results.
- Proven ability to respond to urgent team needs and adapt to changing priorities.
