Construction Management, Architectural Company seeking professional, motivated individual who oversees all projects and makes certain all construction sites are operating in a safe environment with the highest quality of work possible while adhering to budgets, production schedules and meeting all deadlines in order to turn C of O to client while keeping OSHA and SST guidelines up to date.
Job Duties:
  • Monitors all laborers, vendors &/or subcontractors working at properties / job sites to ensure guidelines are maintained and that safety precautions are followed through as outlined in the Safety Guideline manual
  • Visits properties daily to ensure cleanliness and proper operation; Identifies and reports to management any issues that are not in conformance.
  • Utilizes proper vendors, subcontractors &/or laborers to prevent conflicts on properties or to fix any problems making sure all are properly insured before working on any job sites/ DG properties.
  • Handles all client/office complaints/issues in a timely fashion not to exceed a 24-hour response time
  • Coordinates & schedules all aspects of a project as directed by Management, with multiple projects at one time. Maintains daily field reports and photos of all work as it progresses. Enters all into builder’s trend and ProCore.
  • Provides technical support to resolve problems encountered
  • Assists Management and vendors/subcontractors in changes to the scope of work and documents necessary change orders
· Oversees activities of vendors &/or subcontractors and performs inspections of all work to ensure that appropriate specifications and terms of our project contracts are being carried out
· Ability to read and understand architectural drawings
Skills/Qualifications:
· Leadership skills: motivate team; resolve conflicts
· Time Management skills: ability to juggle multiple tasks at once
· Analytical skills: ability to solve problems in a typical work day; analyze data and make decisions that affect the project
· Proficient in Pro Core; medical construction experience a plus
· 5 years minimum NYC experience
· Professionalism: ability to deal with subcontractors, tenants, clients on a regular basis with ease of communication and calmness to accomplish task at hand.
· Must hold and maintain a valid driver’s license and must have a personal vehicle, as job entails daily site visits
