Clinical Support Professional
Job Description
- Patient Support: Complete patient forms, obtain medical records, and process prescription renewal requests promptly.
- Administrative Tasks: Provide general medical office support, including answering calls, routing messages, and managing medical and administrative correspondence.
- Liaison Duties: Regularly communicate with patients, staff, and medical providers to facilitate seamless coordination.
- Maintain Standards: Ensure attention to detail, meet deadlines, and uphold professional phone etiquette at all times.
Job Requirements
- Education: High School diploma or GED required.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of administrative or clerical experience, preferably in a medical setting.
- Skills:
- Excellent communication and analytical abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-directed, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
- Be part of a supportive and collaborative team dedicated to pediatric care.
- Enjoy a stable work schedule with regular hours (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM).
