We are seeking a Chief People Officer for our New York Metro area-based client, a fast growing, leading unified commerce provider of cloud technology solutions. We have been engaged to identify a Chief People Officer to join their executive leadership team. 

The successful incumbent will be responsible for:

• Advise, coach, and partner with the CEO and Executive Team to help enable the performance of the company’s teams and their people.
• Be the architect and overseer of all people operations.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to advance high-priority, company-wide initiatives, lead recruitment strategy, drive improvements to both performance management and company culture.
• Manage the overall strategy around compensation and benefits to ensure the total rewards package is competitive.

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related discipline required; Master’s Degree preferred.
• The ideal candidate will be a strategic HR leader with 10+ years in an HR leadership role.
• Experience coaching and advising management at all levels.
• Strong talent acquisition experience.
• Experience working with teams that provide technology SaaS solutions is required.
