Bookkeeper
Job Description
Title: Full Charge Bookkeeper
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm
Compensation: $70K+ (Benefits, Growth Potential)
Job Description:
- Handle invoicing, payments, and collections to ensure timely and accurate financial transactions.
- Record and reconcile financial transactions, ensuring the integrity of financial data.
- Collaborate with our team to manage financial data through Rev IO for seamless integration with our financial systems.
- Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.
- Develop and maintain company budgets, monitor spending, and ensure compliance with budgetary guidelines.
- Lead meetings to discuss financial health, forecast future financial performance, and recommend actions to improve profitability.
- Work closely with external accountants to ensure proper tax filing, audits, and compliance with financial regulations.
- Support leadership in strategic financial planning, identifying opportunities for cost savings and revenue growth.
- Proven experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and experience with Rev IO software.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Experience in accounts receivable, accounts payable, budgeting, and financial reporting.
- Ability to conduct financial planning meetings and communicate complex financial information clearly.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Experience working with external accounting firms is a plus.
- Knowledge of Telecommunications or SaaS industry accounting.
- Familiarity with Tax Compliance and Financial Regulations.
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.

Prior to starting my journey as a Talent Associate, I worked closely with Lloyd on the temp side as a field associate for more than 10 years on various assignments. Having the experience temping and understanding the process, I feel that has allowed me to gain a better insight and heightened my ability to assist my candidates throughout their job search! I have an extensive background in Customer Service, as well as the administrative field.
Both of which have allowed me to develop my build relationships along with communication skills to assist with Client Development. I have always believed that communication is the key to every great relationship, whether it be business or personal.
