Product Analytical Chemist 
Salary: Up to $65k 
Fort Lauderdale, FL
One of our largest clients is seeking a Product Analytical Chemist to join our team. This position would prepare samples, conduct chromatographic analysis, and provide an experimental formulation to facilitate fragrance development. Manage the daily operation of an analytical lab.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following, but are not limited to:
  • Extraction of varied fragranced product types.
  • Chromatographic analysis of fragrance products.
  • Maintenance of local and global product analysis log.
  • Ensure the daily operation of the analytical lab instruments and equipment.
  • Performs other incidental and related duties as required and assigned.

Job Requirements

Education/Experience:
  • BA/BS degree in Chemistry from a four-year college or university is required. Three (3) years minimum experience in all phases of Fragrance Product Analysis is essential. Minimum two (2) years’ of operating/maintaining/troubleshooting GC and GC-MS instruments.

  • Ability to apply principles of logical or scientific thinking to a wide range of intellectual and practical problems. Ability to deal with nonverbal symbolism (formulas, scientific equations, graphs, musical notes, etc.) in its most difficult phases. Ability to deal with a variety of abstract and concrete variables.

My journey reflects adaptability, entrepreneurship, and a passion for facilitating meaningful career opportunities for others.  I joined Lloyd Staffing in Aug 2024 to specialize again in Life Sciences.

In my free time, I spend most of my time with my son. We have become quite the fishermen over the past 5 years.
