Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Client Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for handling inquiries from clients, physicians, nurses, or their representatives and performing a variety of clerical and data processing tasks. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Location: Woodbury, Long Island
Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM (Overtime as offered)

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond promptly to inquiries from clients or their representatives regarding questions, concerns, or general information requests.
  • Use appropriate systems and databases to enter, update, and retrieve client information as needed.
  • Maintain communication with the QA department to ensure smooth workflow and timely report status updates.
  • Manage case files, including filing, archiving, and ensuring client information is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Work independently and collaborate with team members to address inquiries and return cases in a timely manner.
  • Direct calls to other departments as needed and perform clerical duties such as typing, filing, and emailing.
  • Assist in resolving customer complaints and quality assurance issues.
  • Ensure all practices comply with state and federal safety and legal regulations.
 

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year clerical experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience in a medical office or insurance industry is preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and other common software programs.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, high-volume contact center environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to handle client inquiries with professionalism.
